The scissors are very dull and appear to be slightly bent. When I tried to clip the plastic end it ruined the eyelashes.

The eyelash scissors seem to be bent. When I used them to cut the plastic ends on the eyelash it tore the lashes because the scissors were dull. I would like a new pair or return for a refund.

The scissors don’t cut and the curler is small and actually pinched my nose. Weird to describe but when opening the curler after using it, the part that pivots down pinched my skin. I know that’s part user error but also part item error for being as small as it is but the opening on the slide part being big enough to pinch skin is annoying. But the scissors are unusable and I had gotten the whole kit to replace old tools I had and I’m disappointed that so far 2 out of the 4 items aren’t up to bare minimum.

I was not impressed with the kit. The scissors wouldn’t even cut the lashes, the tweezers were soooo stiff. I love the lashes but the kit was not great.
