Shipping Policy

Shipping times are not GUARANTEED, they are only an estimate. Your package, even if shipped express, may not arrive in 1-3 business days. We fulfill all orders within 24 hours of them being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Your shipping service will not be refunded due to arriving late. We do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible in our South Carolina office. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking numbers as soon as they are generated. We try to get these out within 24 hours if not sooner (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive the tracking to the email address or phone number you provided. During the holidays or busy shipping times USPS can take 3-14 business days to deliver your package.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen. 

When checking out, please double check your order information and address. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for products that have been shipped and confirmed delivered to an address that was incorrectly entered during checkout. We cannot change or add to orders. If you input the wrong address for shipping and it gets sent back to us we will not resend your package. We will refund your order (shipping not included) and you can place another order to the correct address. If your package gets delivered to the address you input at checkout and you no longer live there, we cannot replace or refund your order as it is not our fault you put in the incorrect address!

On international orders, we are not responsible for any customs charges or fee. This is the responsibility of the customer. International orders will sometimes not update for days or weeks at a time. If you package is not to you in 30 Business Days please reach out.
