"I TRIED TO LOGIN TO MY SUBSCRIPTION BUT IT SAYS NO ACCOUNT FOUND."

 The subscription tab is at the top of our page to the right. It looks like a person, click here>>> Account – Blinkifly

You did not create an account when you purchased your lash subscription. You will need to create one using the same email address you purchased with. You will click " Create Account", set a password, then your subscription will pop up.  After it is created, go to account and manage subscriptions to cancel, change shipment dates or swap products. 

CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

Yes, log into your Blinkifly Account, go to manage subscriptions, scroll over to the right to see the CANCEL option.  Email us if you are having any issues!

IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE OR WHAT IF MY ORDER IS PROCESSED ALREADY AND I FORGOT TO CANCEL?

 If you cancel your subscription within 24 hours your order will not be processed and you should be good to go. Once your charge goes through and your order is processed (you will receive a email), we can not refund it if you forgot to cancel. That order was already packed and ready to go. If you are wanting to cancel, make sure it within 24 hours of when your subscription ships.

 

By purchasing auto-renew, you are enrolling yourself in the the Blinkifly subscription service. We cannot enroll you in a subscription. If you have an additional questions please reach out to customerservice@blinkifly.com
